Economic times are tough. We all know that. And, Earth Fare, the healthy supermarket, seems to know that too. Have you been to their stores? ReplyDeleteBuying organic foods to feed my family is incredibly important to me. Earthfare's organic produce blows away most of the other grocery stores and is competitively priced. Also, their seafood is the freshest I have found in West Knoxville.
I have a very specific addiction to the malted milk balls from the bulk foods section, where I buy most of my dry goods.
And in spite of the fact that my husband is out of work, and it has gotten more difficult to buy pre-packaged foods that are organic, I still am able to get a good value from the items I do buy.

I signed my children up for the Y swim team. I didn't realize they'd eat me out of the house! Please help - they are starving (at least that is what the 8-yr old says!)
